Christmas Mantel…for now!

Yesterday I finished up my most recent batch of Christmas signs, and I wondered what to do with them—other than stacking them against the wall!  I’ve been trying to do a little decorating, but my mantel is giving me a little trouble.  It’s my first year having one, and I didn’t seem to have much in my “stash” that felt right for me…and I have no desire to go out and spend a bunch of money on something new right now.

So…I played with the signs!

Red Hen Home Christmas Mantel 002

You know what?  I kind of like it!  A mantel full of good wishes for the season!

What do you think?

I think it looks great and I wish I had a sign or two (and some more for gifts for my kids!)

Love it! It's different from everything I've seen other people doing with their mantels.
I haven't had a mantel for years! So I kind of used the top of my armoire as a place to display things I'd put on a mantel.

Korrie - I give it a thumbs up. It looks a little eclectic - like a collection of sorts. You make super cute signs.
